DOWNLOADING / VIEWING ISSUES
If you experience problems viewing any PDF's when clicking on 'Open', this maybe down to your firewall settings / antivirus software blocking your computer from viewing PDF files online. Instead of clicking 'Open' Click on 'Save'. This will download the PDF to your computer first, where you will then be able to view it.

To view PDF files you will need to have Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
If you do not currently have this installed you can download it directly from Adobe by clicking on the link opposite.
